Ceres provides onsite calibration, verification and diagnostic support for process instruments throughout Victoria and Tasmania.
We work with industrial plants, food and beverage manufacturers, water and wastewater facilities and process operators to maintain reliable measurements, minimise downtime and identify issues before they affect production or compliance.
Our process-instrument services cover level, pressure, differential pressure, temperature, density and associated process signals. Flow meter verification and flow-rig calibration are provided through our dedicated Flow Meter Verification service.
We assess the instrument and the complete measurement system, including the sensor, transmitter, configuration, wiring, analogue outputs, control-system interface and installation conditions.
This allows us to identify whether an issue is caused by the instrument itself or by factors such as process conditions, impulse lines, installation, earthing, cabling, scaling or PLC configuration.
Pressure transmitters, pressure gauges and pressure switches
Differential-pressure transmitters and systems
Temperature probes, transmitters, indicators and controllers
Level instruments, including radar, guided-wave radar, ultrasonic and hydrostatic level measurement
Density measurement systems
Process analysers and associated transmitter signals
4–20 mA signals, displays, alarms and control-system interfaces
Where practical, work is completed onsite to reduce disruption and assess the instrument in its actual operating environment. Instruments can also be sent to Ceres for assessment where an onsite service is not suitable.
Following the work, Ceres provides clear feedback on the result, any faults identified and the most practical next step—whether that is adjustment, repair, replacement, commissioning support or further investigation.
You receive access to our online CalBase database, providing a complete register of your assets and the ongoing management and recording of their calibrations.
