Ceres provides calibration, verification and diagnostic support for laboratory and quality-control instruments throughout Victoria and Tasmania.
We help laboratories, food and beverage manufacturers, water-treatment facilities and process plants maintain confidence in the measurements used for product quality, process control and compliance.
Our laboratory calibration services include:
Conductivity and TDS meters
Turbidity meters
Chlorine analysers and meters
Viscosity measurement equipment
Micrometers and dimensional measuring instruments
Humidity measurement equipment
Temperature probes, thermometers, indicators and data loggers
Pressure gauges, including degassers and bottle-pressure testers
We assess the instrument, sensor or measuring system against suitable reference standards and provide clear results for your quality and maintenance records.
Where practical, work can be completed onsite to minimise disruption to your laboratory or production operation. Instruments can also be sent to Ceres for assessment where this is more suitable.
If an instrument is found to be inaccurate, unstable or unsuitable for continued use, Ceres provides practical feedback on the most appropriate next step—whether that is adjustment, repair, replacement or further investigation.
Ceres can manage your calibration program through our online CalBase database, providing a complete register of your assets and the ongoing management and recording of their calibrations.
This gives your team clear visibility of completed work, calibration history and upcoming requirements, with records organised and accessible when needed.
